Update: I had uninstalled v7 software from my computers prior to the upgrade to Windows 10. After the dongle update, I reinstalled v7 to those computers and it runs fine. On the computer I left on Windows 7, I completed the upgrade to Windows 10 after the dongle update and left the Embroidery v 7 software as is and it didn't work.
