Powerquest Partition Magic 9 Download Free
Hi all, I originally bought Partitiojn Magic 6, then had to upgrade to PM8 for Windows XP. I've just had to fork out for a new PC, which has Windows 7 on it. I tried installing PM8 but got the incompatibility message. I've emailed Powerquest but haven't yet seen any response. Is there a fix for this, so that I can get on and partition my new hard drive? Thanks, Ian PS - being cheeky, can somebody remind me, please, how to disable Norton Safe Search in the Norton Bookmarks bar.
It's in one of my posts somewhere, but not obvious from the headers. Thanks, Ian •. Hi all, I originally bought Partitiojn Magic 6, then had to upgrade to PM8 for Windows XP. Thanks, Ian Hi Ian, PM is no more. Have you looked at W7 disk manager?
Stay well and surf safe. Thanks, Dave, I quickly found that the W7 disk management system wasn't all that much help as I couldn't shrink the Windows partition enough to make it worthwhile doing anything, even on a completely new installation.
One reason I'd wanted to make extra partitions was to reinstall W XP for old software use, but read somewhere in the W7 notes on disk management that 'the oldest OS should be installed first to avoid conflicts'. Since I couldn't do this, I abandoned the idea altogether, availability of freeware or not. Thanks anyway, Ian.
PowerQuest and Microsoft are the two software companies of the richest history in my mind. Because I know these two companies for ten years already. However, the destiny of these two companies show great difference. Microsoft becomes one of the most famous and soundest companies in the world. I think I don't need to describe how strong it is. Domiki sostav chisla v predelah 10. While PowerQuest turns into one of Symantec subsidiary.
